The University of Rhode Island's Metcalf Institute and Solutions Journalism Network are offering a free training to provide journalists with tools to support their mental health. We will explore what happens inside our bodies when we’re exposed to bad news and share strategies for climate journalists to adjust their craft to improve their own mental health and their relationship with readers and sources.
