The Solutions Journalism Network (SJN) is an independent, non-profit organization that works to spread the practice of solutions journalism: rigorous reporting about how people are responding to social problems. Over 2,500 people have joined our online community, the Hub; and more than 6,000 have been exposed to our workshops, toolkits, and other curricula. Since our inception in 2013, we have trained 75+ news outlets around the U.S. and the world–including BBC, Seattle Times, Christian Science Monitor, myriad NPR affiliates, PBS NewsHour, and many more.

We’re currently looking for brilliant self-starters to help us fill several positions this year. Click below to see job descriptions and application instructions.
