I started in journalism a quarter century ago and am now an editor with Deutsche Welle, and specifically with the DW Akademie, which focuses on constructive journalism, press freedom, journalism training, including crisis resilience in covering conflict, and media literacy. I've also held journalism fellowships with Stanford University's Bill Lane Center for the American West and at USC.
