I am a journalist based in the Indigenous territories of the Wet’suwet’en peoples. I am a staff reporter with The Narwhal, a nonprofit online magazine that covers stories about the natural world, with a focus on the intersections between the environment, resource extraction and Indigenous rights. I am committed to the practices of decolonizing journalism and complicating the narrative.
