Melissa Whitworth

I am a journalist with 20 years' experience writing for newspapers and magazines. I have written two solutions journalism series for a local newspaper. One was guided by someone formerly working at SolJo and was a ten-part series based on the issues facing veterans in Upstate New York. The second focused on refugees in Ithaca, NY. I focus on issues of social justice, particularly gender.
