The Local Innovation Network (RIL) was founded in 2014 with the aim of ensuring that, in every city, people can have a high quality of life and opportunities for development. In 2022, we launched +COMUNIDAD with the aim of empowering engaged citizens to generate greater demand and participation in solving public problems and to communicate how their cities are transforming.
