My journalism journey began in the Navy and at my college daily. I co-founded a typography shop and local paper. J-school led to a newspaper job. I edited a website and wrote for a university.
I’ve taught journalism since 2005. What will the field look in five or 20 years? How will journalists earn livings? Can they become more part of the solution, and less the chronicler of problems?
