Méline Laffabry

Méline Laffabry is a journalist, trainer, and the founder of aidóni, an NGO dedicated to advancing constructive and inclusive journalism. Specialising in social movements, conflicts, and human rights, Méline combines her international background with a collaborative approach to reporting, working closely with colleagues from around the globe and centring the voices of people at the heart of every story.

She trains journalists and students on constructive conflict reporting, safety in conflict zones, and solutions journalism, drawing on her global experiences across Europe and Latin America to enrich her sessions. Méline is also actively involved in cross-border projects, mentoring journalists to adopt practices that are more inclusive, solutions-focused, and grounded in collaboration.
