Vladimira Dorčova Valtner

Vladimira Dorčova Valtner, award-winning journalist from Serbia (Europe) with over 18 years of experience in traditional and digital media, mobile journalism, content creation and community building. She is passionate about solution-oriented journalism and empowering others through mentorship and training. Vladimira is the founder & editor-in-chief of Storyteller, an innovative Serbian-Slovak online newsroom launched in 2018. Vladimira runs her own media consulting agency, advising journalists and media on digital media strategy, mobile journalism, and community building. She also delivers workshops and mentorship programs on narrative journalism. Vladimira holds university degrees in Slovak Language and Literature and European Studies, providing her with a strong foundation for her expertise in national minorities journalism, human and minority rights, ecological issues, and cultural/art topics.
