Sara Hteit

Sara Hteit is a Lebanese journalist, trainer and media consultant. She is prominent in the field of digital storytelling, mobile journalism and social media content with six years of experience, and has a particular focus on media platforms that appeal to youth audiences.

As a media consultant, Sara works with a wide range of national and international media NGOs in designing journalism educational curriculum, including strategic goals for long-term digital journalism training projects. Also, she provides training to improve the capacity of journalists in the Middle East/North Africa region in digital media: video, stories with the focus on building and creating digital content. Sara is interested in keeping pace with technological development and its impact on the media, and works on covering issues related to refugees, women and marginalized groups.
