APPLY NOW: Train-the-Trainers (October 2024 Cohort)

A new round of the SJN’s Train-the-Trainers program is open now. While most of the previous calls have been global, for this round we are seeking applicants from underrepresented communities in the United States — such as racial and ethnic minorities, women and nonbinary people, people with disabilities, those from underserved communities, the LGBTQ+ community, rural communities and those living in news deserts. (Don't worry: Another global call will be coming up soon.)

For those accepted, you’ll get extensive solutions journalism training over the course of five sessions in October. That training will deeply cover the fundamentals of solutions journalism before exploring best practices in teaching and training others in it.
