Attending the College Media Convention in New Orleans? Be sure to catch Michael Davis, SJN’s training and curriculum manager, on Friday, Nov. 1, as he shares the work of student journalists who have reported on mental health topics as part of the Student Media Challenge (SMC). Sarah Baxter from Stony Brook will also be presenting on Thursday, Oct. 31, introducing attendees to “Coping with Crisis: Journalists on the Frontline,” the mental health playbook created by her SMC students.
