Grace Susetyo

Grace Susetyo is an independent journalist, documentary writer and fixer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Also credited Grace Tan-Johannes, she started her career in the Jakarta Globe/Berita Satu newsroom in 2010. Her works have been published in NRC, Our Better World, South China Morning Post, CIFOR’s Landscape News and Forests News, Jakarta Globe, and Indonesia Expat. Grace writes about ethical travel, climate justice, the creative industry, cultural resurgence and decoloniality.

Grace was also a daily news reporter for Berita Satu TV, wrote documentaries for VICE Asia Pacific and Wikimedia Indonesia, and has some experience in interview podcast and radio talk show productions.
