- Including a solutions angle in the tag to a story or an on-set debriefer can be step one, leading to a follow-up story that digs more deeply into what’s working and why.
- Day-turn solutions stories are feasible, especially if they’re set up in advance or targeted for the next morning’s newscasts.
- Producers can showcase solutions elements in graphics or anchor packages so a reporter doesn’t always have to be taken out of the daily mix.
